The C2C worked with the Center Theatre Group as Community Engaged Artists working with the East Los Angeles town of Montebello and the West Los Angeles area of Leimert Park.

Working with Theatre Artists Reg E. Gaines and Jerry Quickley, the C2C helped to recruit community partners, hosted storytelling circles, and provided artistic leadership to the community-based actors.

The project was designed to get communities to dream together and to feel together, especially in places where there had previously been no connection.
